Formés à Cleveland, Ohio en 1991, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony est un groupe américain de hip-hop composé des rappeurs Bizzy Bone, Wish Bone, Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone et Flesh-n-Bone. Le groupe a signé avec Ruthless Records à la fin de 1993 et a fait ses débuts avec l'EP Creepin on ah Come Up suivant l'année. Leur deuxième album, E. 1999 Eternal, est sorti en 1995 et inclut les singles à succès "1st of tha Month" et "East 1999". Bone Thugs-n-Harmony a remporté un Grammy Award en 1997 pour leur chanson "Tha Crossroads", un hommage à leur mentor Eazy-E. Leur troisième album, The Art of War, est sorti en 1997, suivi de BTNHResurrection en 2000, qui a atteint le statut de platine dans moins d'un mois. Thug World Order, sorti en 2002, a culminé au No 3 du Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
