Il Franz Ferdinand è una band di rock scozzese fondata a Glasgow nel 2002. La formazione originale comprendeva Alex Kapranos (vocali, chitarra, tastiere), Nick McCarthy (chitarra, tastiere, vocali), Bob Hardy (basso) e Paul Thomson (batteria, percussioni, vocali secondarie).
