Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Groups section for?
The Groups section is for music fans who want to connect in communities and organize concert visits together. In groups, members can post updates, comment, share ideas, and plan events as a group.
What can I do inside a group?
Inside a group you can join discussions, write posts, comment on posts, publish group events, and interact with other members who share your music interests.
How is this different from the Events section?
Groups are long-term communities for music fans, while Events focus on a single concert or festival. Groups allow ongoing conversations and planning across multiple events over time.
Do I need tickets to join or participate in a group?
No. You can join groups and take part in discussions even if you don’t have tickets yet. Many groups plan concerts together before anyone buys tickets.
Can I create and publish events inside a group?
Yes. Group members can publish events within a group to organize concert visits, invite others to join, and coordinate plans with fellow fans.
Will I get notified about new posts or events?
Yes. When you join a group, you’ll receive notifications about new posts, comments, and events so you can stay up to date with what’s happening in your group.
