Armin Van Buuren is a renowned Dutch record producer and DJ born on December 25, 1976, in Leiden, South Holland. With over four decades of experience in the music industry, starting from 1976, Armin has consistently pushed the boundaries of electronic dance music. His early work was deeply rooted in House music, which later evolved into trance, progressive trance, and uplifting trance. Throughout his illustrious career, Van Buuren has released numerous hit tracks, including "Blue Fear," "Touch Me," and "Communication." He is also recognized for his impressive remix portfolio, featuring contributions to various artists' and groups' works. In 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012, Armin topped DJ Mag's Top 100 poll, setting a new record in the process. Before embarking on his DJing journey, Van Buuren worked as a glass collector at Club Nexus. He simultaneously pursued higher education at Leiden University, where he studied law. As his musical career gained momentum, he put his law studies on hold, eventually graduating in 2003.
