I Prevail is an American post-hardcore band formed in 2013 in Southfield, Michigan. The group's journey began with the release of their debut EP in 2014, which sparked widespread attention following a YouTube cover of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" in December that year. As they continued to grow in popularity, I Prevail released their debut album on October 21, 2016. Throughout their career, the band has explored various genres, including metalcore, metal, rock, alternative metal, and post-hardcore. With a strong lineup, I Prevail currently features Eric Vanlerberghe handling unclean vocals and clean vocals since 2013 and 2016 respectively, Steve Menoian on lead guitar, Dylan Bowman on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Gabe Helguera on drums since 2017 and 2019, and Jon Eberhard on bass since 2023. The band has undergone some changes over the years, with notable former members including Brian Burkheiser on clean vocals from 2013 to 2025, Jordan Berger on rhythm guitar and backing vocals from 2014 to 2015, Lee Runestad on drums from 2013 to 2017, and Tony Camposeo on bass guitar from 2015 to 2016.
