Soda stereo

Soda Stereo is a pioneering rock/new wave band from Argentina, active since 1982. With a distinctive sound that blends alternative rock, Latin rock, new wave, and classic rock elements, the trio has been a major force in Latin American music for over three decades. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Gustavo Cerati, Charly Alberti, and Zeta Bosio released their debut Lp in 1984, setting the stage for what would become a highly influential career. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Soda Stereo played to packed houses across Latin America, including iconic venues in Mexico City and Buenos Aires, as well as shows in the United States and at the Seville Expo '92. After a series of farewell concerts in 1997, the band members went on to pursue other projects, leaving behind a legacy that has inspired countless Argentine pop and rock bands.
